We want you to feel confident running your siding business on Pipeline Systems. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Pipeline Systems orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at info@pplnsystems.com with your order details and we'll help you through the process.
What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is approved, your subscription will be canceled and access to paid features will end at the end of the current billing period (or immediately, depending on the refund). Your data will remain available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through Paddle's customer portal — cancellation prevents future renewals. The 30-day refund window applies independently to each renewal charge.
